Are Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor in Love?
Some people might have heard rumors about Jim Carrey and Ewan McGregor kissing each other, and might think that they've fallen in love. However, they aren't homosexual and aren't in love – they just made a movie together called 'I love you Phillip Morris.' It premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and is based on a true story.
In the film, a con man meets a man that he falls in love with while he's in prison. He starts to concoct a lot of elaborate escapes and masquerades that he can use so that he and his man can be free. Carrey and McGregor allegedly weren't uncomfortable with the kissing and cuddling scenes, saying that playing gay is no different than playing straight – it's all just acting and for the sake of a good story.
Fans don't seem to mind, either, although some people who are fans of the two actors might be uncomfortable with them playing gay roles. The movie promises to give viewers a different side of Jim Carrey's acting ability, which many might see as a welcome and impressive change.

John Travolta's and Kelly Preston's only son, Jett, was found dead in the Bahamas on January second. He said goodnight to his father before six in the evening on the first day of the year because the family had a long day playing and he was tired. Since he suffered from a seizure disorder and Kawasaki disease (an inflammatory problem that can cause heart disease and other problems in young children) he had a nanny with him.
He apparently fell and hit his head in the bathtub when he suffered a seizure, and was found by the nanny. The cause of death was determined to be seizure disorder. His father and the paramedics were unable to revive him and his family is devastated that the time they got to spend with him on this earth, was so brief. However, they want to thank everyone who sent condolences for their sudden and unexpected loss.
The family also has a daughter who is eight years old and they had purchased the property in the Bahamas not long ago as a vacation spot. Jett Travolta was sixteen.

People magazine names a sexiest man alive each year. This year, they chose Hugh Jackman. Love him or hate him, a lot of people like the way he looks. He's more than just a pretty face, however, and that's something that not everyone realizes until they actually start finding out about him rather than just looking.
Not only do women stare and trip over themselves when Jackman enters a room, but he's not just a talented actor. He can also dance and sing, and he's a good husband and father. No, he's not available. He's been married for twelve years, which is nothing short of a miracle in the entertainment business, and he has two children who are eight and three years old.
When he told his wife that he had won the honor she said she knew that years ago, but she also joked that apparently Brad Pitt wasn't available this year. At forty, Jackman clearly has it all. Looks, talent, a great family, and happiness. Forty is still young, and Jackman has a lot of years still ahead of him to wow women onscreen and wow his family when he's home.

The Chicago Bears celebrated Veteran's Day in a way that most people did not – by visiting hospitalized veterans. The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) has a Celebrity Entertainment Program designed to lift the spirits of those who have been injured and who are in the hospital, still recovering from their injuries.
Two of the players, fullback Jason McKie and running back Adrian Peterson, visited the North Chicago VA Medical Center on the eleventh to show their support and respect for those people who fight for our country. A lot of these hospitalized veterans rarely get any visitors, and having someone come to see them, especially a celebrity like a star football player, can make them feel as though there are people out there who really do care about them, and who recognize and appreciate what they have done for their country. Many of these people will carry their scars all of their lives, and now they can carry this good memory, as well.

Palin’s Comedy Debut on SNL
Whether you love her or hate her, there was no question that Republican vice-presidential candidate Sarah Palin made a splash with her comedy debut on Saturday Night Live. It brought huge ratings to the already popular show and it's estimated that more than 14 million people tuned in to watch the show.
Tina Fey has been playing Palin on SNL for some time now, ever since she was chosen by John McCain to be his running mate. Usually they poke fun at something that Palin said or did, and this was no exception – except that Palin was part of it. She got to trade places with Tina Fey after Fey got started in the skit, portraying Palin at a news conference. Because there were so many people who tuned in to watch the show, Palin gave the SNL crowd their best ratings in fourteen years. That's saying something, because SNL consistently has good guests and good ratings.
Some people tuned in because they love Sarah Palin and others tuned in to make fun of her, but either way, a lot of people watched.
