Lindsay and Sam on the Rocks?
Commuters on the train from New York to Washington, D.C. might have thought so if they'd been paying attention to the quiet fight that the pair seemed to be having. Sam was on her way to deejaying a fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Network there, and Lindsay appeared to want to be close to her.
On the train, though, Lindsay accused Sam of lying to her and insisted that she was doing what was good for her partner, not what was best for both of them. Sam seemed tired of the whining, but by the time they were spotted later that night at the fundraiser all seemed to have been forgiven and Lindsay made no mention of the problems on her blog. Instead she talked of the amazing energy that Sam has and how happy she is with her. That doesn't sound like they're on the rocks to us, and every couple has their tiffs sometimes, even happy ones.
Whether Lindsay and Sam will stay together, though, no one really knows. It is Hollywood, after all.

Lindsey Lohan seems to be reverting back to her good old ways, when her political and moral opinions were all over the internet. In past years, Lohan was very vocal with her views about how this country should be educating our children, among other insights. A long time has passed and after a couple of times in and out of rehab, we are again seeing lots of splashy news on the internet about what Miss Lohan is doing, now. And, in addition to being privy to who she was last seen with, what she was doing and where, she is once again expressing her views openly, for anyone interested.
This time her views are coming directly from her blog, bypassing the main stream media's habit of skewing her words. Now that it's in writing, they will have to quote her opinions correctly. Her very celebrity, and actually concise, opinion is being aimed at John McCain’s choice for the Vice Presidential Running Mate, Governor Palin. Lindsey states, in her blog, an opinion that seems to be reverberating with many women in the US.
Lohan is concerned that the fate of our nation may lie in the hands of a woman that may very well send women’s rights back in time. With Palin’s views on reproductive choice, sex education (abstinence only, which really worked for her daughter), and the fact that she promotes programs such as, her church’s conference that promised to convert gays into heterosexuals, through prayer. The 22 year old Lohan is an Obama supporter and is ardent in her quest to make many women take a hard and close look, at the differences between an McCain/Palin vs an Obama/Biden presidency, especially where woman’s freedoms concerned.

Don't we all just feel horribly sad for Lindsay Lohan. This poor innocent little girl is going to have to serve a massive 48 hours in jail for her ever so minor celebrity oops.
On Wednesday, August 22nd Lindsay plead guilty to nine misdemeanor charges along with the two DUIs filed against her. Luckily for this Hollywood princess, she was able to afford an attorney us norms could only dream of. Lindsay's super attorney scored a sweet deal that was almost painless.
Since Lindsay plead no contest to both DUI charges, it is mandatory that she serves a minimum of four days in the slammer. Thanks to Lindsay's fame she is going to be just fine, serving 36 months probation and attending an alcohol education program for 18 months for the first DUI.
Jail time came when dealing with Lindsay's second DUI. The judge ordered Lohan to serve 48 hours in jail, of which the first 24 must be served by January 18th (Which is totally bogus..I mean come on..what self respecting party girl is going to be available for jail time anywhere near the Christmas/New Years extravaganza?).
Some how Lindsay will have to buckle down and work hard to pull off this loathsome task. I know our hearts are with her on this trying experience.

I don't have a problem with people drinking or using drugs. I've always believed that you should have the right to do whatever the hell you want with or put in your own body. But driving intoxicated is a pure stupid and total loser move.
I just don't understand Hollywood's young people. They have millions, party all night, live in mansions, spend thousands of dollars on clothing on a weekly/daily basis, but are unwilling to fork out money for a cab or a private driver?
After a hard-core night of intense partying, Lindsay was heading home to her West Hollywood apartment when she struck a curb and jacked up her Mercedes SL-65 2005 convertible.
Police quickly responded to a 911 call about the accident and found that Lindsay had left the scene.
Lindsay was tracked down at the local hospital and placed under arrest for driving under the influence of drugs/alchohol. Charged with a DUI, police are now revealing that cocaine was found in Lindsay's Mercedes.
Lindsay was released and is awaiting her court date. She has gotten herself into a heap of trouble. In addition to the DUI she was initially charged with, she could be facing felony charges for the illegal narcotics.

Lindsay Lohan – Super Screwed Up!
Lindsay Lohans nightly jaunts to bars and clubs have been causing 
problems. There are no shortage of video and pictures of Lohan accidentally showing off her breasts and more. Lindsay lifting her skirt up at night clubs, leaving buttons undone while going braless. Lohan wants attention & will take it however she can get it. Linday was deejaying a party at The Plumm in Manhatten and had security seriously beefed up worried that her recently released jailbird father would show up. Partying is taking Lohan to the quick road of the unemployable.
With her latest movie Georgia Rule releasing its trailer only days ago, comments from William H. Macy the CEO of Morgan Creek in an outraged letter to Lohan speaks volumes. He called Lohan discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional, adding that she endangered the quality of this picture. With reviews like this of her behind the set performance, Lohan needs to get her act together. She attended a rehab facility & claims to be clean, but there are numerous reports and pictures of her continued partying & drinking. There have even been reports of a more serious drug problem with the use of cocaine.
