Lindsay and Sam on the Rocks?

Commuters on the train from New York to Washington, D.C. might have thought so if they'd been paying attention to the quiet fight that the pair seemed to be having. Sam was on her way to deejaying a fundraiser for the Children's Miracle Network there, and Lindsay appeared to want to be close to her.

On the train, though, Lindsay accused Sam of lying to her and insisted that she was doing what was good for her partner, not what was best for both of them. Sam seemed tired of the whining, but by the time they were spotted later that night at the fundraiser all seemed to have been forgiven and Lindsay made no mention of the problems on her blog. Instead she talked of the amazing energy that Sam has and how happy she is with her. That doesn't sound like they're on the rocks to us, and every couple has their tiffs sometimes, even happy ones.

Whether Lindsay and Sam will stay together, though, no one really knows. It is Hollywood, after all.

Jamie Lynn – From Hollywood to Trailer Trash

The ever so glamourous lives of the Spears women.  I swear I think they are simply trying to out crazy one another.  At the ripe old age of 16, Jamie Lynn Spears already has the reputation of an alcoholic and an easy lay.

The gossip is flying.  According to Star magazine, Jamie Lynn Spears the once pure and innocent tween of Zoey 101 has cheated on Casey Aldridge numerous times.   Casey is the poor sucker that got the Spears pregnancy finger pointed at him.

Star goes on to say they have a statement from a fellow teen in Kentwood, LA that said, “I know for a fact that Casey was not the first guy she slept with — or the last.  There were at least two others. I know that 110 percent.”

Another fair weather friend says that before Jamie Lynn landed in the mommy wagon she had always partied crazy hard in private.  “Some people drink to have a good time. But she drank to get wrecked. She drank to get messed up and forget about her mother, her sister and all of that.”

Only days before announcing her infamous pregnancy, Jamie Lynn apparantly shocked a guy at a party by asking him for sex.   “It’s cool, I’m pregnant,” she said. “I can’t get pregnant again!”

Now that the dust is beginning to settle, Jamie Lynn and soon to be father of her child, Casey Aldridge plan to whisk themselves away to the luxury of a double wide trailer and start their lives together.

Arrest Warrant for “Heroes” Cheerleader – Hayden Panettiere

Hayden Panettiere is one actress that I just want to pick up, hug and tell her everything is going to be okay.  Not only is Hayden a cutie patooty but also an ass kick'n activist.  I guess even the pampered youth in Hollywood have to find out the ugly truth one way or another...People suck.

Japan issued an arrest warrant for actress Hayden Panettiere for protesting with a surf board along side other activist, in Taiji on Oct. 27th. The protest was against the killing of dolphins which occurs in the coastal village of Taiji.  Taiji slaughters thousands of dolphins in the cove every year.

"I learned today that I have an arrest warrant out for me in Japan because of what I did for Save the Whales," Panettiere, 18, is quoted as telling E! News.

Late last month, the actress-activist participated with others in a confrontation with fisherman during a dolphin hunt.

Asked what the repercussions might be from the warrant, Panettiere said, "Potentially jail, but I doubt it. ... I guess they could come here and get us, but probably not."

Would Do It Again Panettiere said the arrest warrant does not faze her. "I'd do it again," she said of the protest. "Very possibly, might do it again."

The actress added that the personal risks involved paled in comparison to the potential good that could come from the activists' actions.

"I was very excited that people were interested in what we did," she said. "In [Hollywood], you tend to only get publicity for not wearing underwear or going to rehab."

Zac Efron – Come Out of the Closet Already!

Zac Efron a role model for todays teens?  Disney sure thinks so.

This wholesome conglomorate prides themselves on family values and the ability to shove them down your throat.

The problem with Disney's unmovable values is that they apparantly can't see what's in front of their faces.

Their latest aquisition, teen star Zac Efron is totally gay...not that there's anything wrong with that.  In Hollywood, being gay is as normal as carrying your pooch around in couture handbags.

In fact there are some definite bonuses to being gay:

1. Good dressers - no prison fashions here - never see oversized drooping jeans
2. Polite -  always friendly, yes ma'm and sir
3. Upbeat personality - everything is fabulous!
4. Eye for Design - the ability to decorate the shit out of anything

What more could you want in a teen idol?

I'm sorry little ladies, but I just don't see how the teenie-bopper community can possibly believe that this kid is straight.  Zac Efron's big leap to fame came in the form of musicals!  High School Musical the made for tv movie and Hair Spray.  Soooo Gay!  Since when is singing and dancing in a musical considered manly?  Answer:  Absolutely Freaking Never!

Zac Efron is a cute and talented kid, but it's only a matter of time before this teen idol comes dancing and prancing right out of the proverbial closet.

Even Mr. Gay himself (Perez Hilton) is beginning to think so.

Vanessa Hudgens – Naughty, Nude, Nice!

Holy Moly, Christmas came early!  I want to thank all of the celebrities out there for having incredibly bad judgement on picking friends and lovers.

Nude and naughty photographs were released of this once wholesome Disney princess.  Now we know she's just as skanky as all the other Hollywood girls. -- Shocker.

A source told the Enquirer "Vanessa took some suggestive shots of herself in the buff as a surprise for Zac."

The Enquirer reported that a third party has obtained the sexy pictures that were meant just for Vanessa and Zac.  "Vanessa's only 18, so she had no idea how her flirtatious act could threaten the future of the multimillion-dollar plans Disney has for the show," said the source.  "She just wanted to keep Zac interested."

Here at CelebrityMooch, we think it's gonna take a lot more than chic pics to keep Zac interested...

These photos smacked the wholesome and righteous Disney conglomroate smack dab in the face.  "It's a kids' show, aimed a children, teenagers and their parents and starring a bunch of cute, wholesome youngsters,""Naked pictures of one of the stars would be catastrophic.  "It could bring the whole 'High School Musical' franchise to its knees." says a show insider.

In a statement to TMZ, Vanessa Hudgens' rep said, "This was a photo which was taken privately. It is a personal matter and it is unfortunate that this has become public."

Lindsay Lohan – Oops Life Can be so Tough

Don't we all just feel horribly sad for Lindsay Lohan.  This poor innocent little girl is going to have to serve a massive 48 hours in jail for her ever so minor celebrity oops.

On Wednesday, August 22nd Lindsay plead guilty to nine misdemeanor charges along with the two DUIs filed against her.  Luckily for this Hollywood princess, she was able to afford an attorney us norms could only dream of.  Lindsay's super attorney scored a sweet deal that was almost painless.

Since Lindsay plead no contest to both DUI charges, it is mandatory that she serves a minimum of four days in the slammer.  Thanks to Lindsay's fame she is going to be just fine, serving 36 months probation and attending an alcohol education program for 18 months for the first DUI.

Jail time came when dealing with Lindsay's second DUI.  The judge ordered Lohan to serve 48 hours in jail, of which the first 24 must be served by January 18th (Which is totally bogus..I mean come on..what self respecting party girl is going to be available for jail time anywhere near the Christmas/New Years extravaganza?).

Some how Lindsay will have to buckle down and work hard to pull off this loathsome task.  I know our hearts are with her on this trying experience. 

Shouldn't we all feel the blame for Lohan's drinking and drug usage?  Isn't it us?  The voyeur's of the beautiful people waiting and watching every move to see the next celebrity oops, who should be doing time instead?  Celebrities and the Hollywood elite cannot be expected to be responsible for their own lives.  They have hair, make-up, parties and drugs to attend to.  Besides, jail just isn't meant for sweet innocent flowers like Lohan.
