The Los Angeles judge took away Spears’ custody rights and gave Federline 100% full physical custody of the boys.  Britney is ordered to turn her children over to Federline by Wednesday.  The Spears’ boys are to stay with Daddy Loser until further notice.

Here is the exact wording of the ruling:

“Respondent’s oral motion pursuant to section 214FC is granted and the matter proceeds as a closed hearing.  The court and all parties present confer on the record that the court makes its order as fully reflected in the notes of the official court reporter. The court’s  prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October  3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Repondent’s ex- parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in  Department 88.”

Brit and Federline had 50/50 shared custody of the children until todays events.  I just can’t see K-fed doing a great job bringing up the boys.  It’s in my nature to slam celebs, but I actually feel for celebrities in this situation. 

So, yeah I kinda feel for Britney.  She’s a young mom, she loves her kids, but she’s irresponsible. Britney can’t walk outside without being hounded with the flashing lights from the cameras of the paparazzi.  She has body guards, nannies and mannies.  What kid has more people watching over them than that? 

Still social services is of the belief that the boys will be better off with Daddy Spears.  Kevin Federline is a money grubbing uber-turd that knocked up a pop-star.  If the kids and Spears didn’t get his face in the news and more money in his bank account I totally think he’d just be another dead beat dad.

It's not news that a pop star is unhappy with her appearance, she's female.  No female is every happy with their body.    The fact that Britney is being referred to as fat by others, completely baffles the mind.  I see a woman that does not look like she had two children. 

Britney's body no longer looks like that of a young teen, but one of a vivacious and sexy woman.  If the lanky/lean teenager body is what news media considers to be sexy then they need help - that's called pedafilia.  Dirty old news men!

We constantly hear tv stars, movie stars and singers are portraying the wrong body image for our children.  Stars are too thin, children as young as 10 and 11 are dieting to get that super lean look.  Then we finally see a performer (fine Britney's performance sucked - really not news) with a body just about any woman would be thrilled to have and we slay her for being fat? What the hell is that?  Britney is not fat.  Her body rocks.  Not her singing or her dancing, but her body is awesome.

Curves make a woman exactly that...a woman!  Straight lines on the female body should not be thought of as sexy.  Straight, non-curved bodies are children's bodies and that is the last thing we want people to think of as sexy.

As for Chris Crocker's YouTube video about Britney Spears.  Can we really call that news, I just don't see it.  Someone video taping themselves being totally outlandish and upset on a subject as trivial as Britney Spears.  Wow..how innovative....

On Wednesday, August 22nd Lindsay plead guilty to nine misdemeanor charges along with the two DUIs filed against her.  Luckily for this Hollywood princess, she was able to afford an attorney us norms could only dream of.  Lindsay's super attorney scored a sweet deal that was almost painless.

Since Lindsay plead no contest to both DUI charges, it is mandatory that she serves a minimum of four days in the slammer.  Thanks to Lindsay's fame she is going to be just fine, serving 36 months probation and attending an alcohol education program for 18 months for the first DUI.

Jail time came when dealing with Lindsay's second DUI.  The judge ordered Lohan to serve 48 hours in jail, of which the first 24 must be served by January 18th (Which is totally bogus..I mean come on..what self respecting party girl is going to be available for jail time anywhere near the Christmas/New Years extravaganza?).

Some how Lindsay will have to buckle down and work hard to pull off this loathsome task.  I know our hearts are with her on this trying experience.

Val Kilmer was a teen heart throb and made his mark on the silver screen as a block buster movie star.  This film entertainment star has made women scream and swoon with his rugged good looks and charm.

Kilmer has been labeled as difficult to work with due to his insane "method acting".  Requiring that producers, directors, and fellow actors refer to him by his character name the entire time he is on set.

Val Kilmer has definitely let his Hollywood appearance go to hell.  Becoming a fatty in Hollywood is one of the biggest celebrity oops imaginable.

All the Val fans have to be hoping that his massive weight gain is for an upcoming film role.  Seeing Kilmer go from hot bad ass to fat ass is a sad sight.

Another Celebrity Oops? Well, maybe something worse. Sheryl Crow now claims the ridiculous statement was a joke designed to raise awareness. Ok, fine. But here's where I still think this is another really stupid celebrity blunder:

Celebrities (and politicians) are among the worst polluters on planet earth. These rich and famous people often travel by personal or charted private jet. One crossing of the U.S. can burn the fuel a normal person uses to travel for 10 years... and that's just going one way. When celebrities and politicians take U.S. and world tours they can burn more than a lifetime of fuel for you and I. So where do they get off telling us what environmentalism is?

The big oops here is in the very notion of what she is trying to project. Conserving toilet paper is silly. You might as well conserve tomato juice. Both are products of renewable resources, usually grown on farms. Ok, so minor celebrity oops right? ..not so fast.

We had other misguided do-gooders screw up our way of life. Recycling anyone? Ok, so most of you think recycling is a good idea right? Well it's not. AND if you are setting your plastic bottles and paper products out at the curb, you are HARMING the environment (and wasting tax dollars).

Recycling paper and plastic products costs more than making them from scratch. Costing more should be our first clue -- the cost is a reflection of the resources needed to complete a product. First, someone has to come to your house to collect this extra garbage. If you had thrown it out, then only one trip was needed. Then, this garbage ends up at a recycling plant. These plants are subsidized with your tax dollars. There's another clue: these guys can't economically recycle your stuff and earn a profit. They need more resources (and your money) than the guys that make plastic and paper from scratch! Ok... so I am not gonna continue ranting about stupid celebrity and politician created messes right now. The point is, this is another celebrity oops even if she was joking.

If you REALLY want to save the environment, then invent or invest. Invent a new process of doing something more efficiently, invent a new renewable fuel source, or invest in companies already doing these things. And for god's sake, keep government and celebrities away from regulating us into the stone ages. The environment is a problem, but if we get these jackasses involved with it, it will make the failed drug war, the failed war on poverty, the failing war for education, and gun-free zones like VT seem like government's best conceptions.

Celebrity oops don't just happen because of paparazzi, they often come directly out of the mouths of the celebrities themselves. The biggest celebrity oops are almost always attributed to celebrities not knowing when to shut up.

For some reason celebrities from every genre think they have an opinion that matters. Maybe that is why celebrity oops happen so frequently. With news channels on 24/7 you can bet it will be a top story. Nothing brings out the hyena's like a good celebrity oops story. Ratings go up, and the public goes on a gossip frenzy. The fact the celebrity oops has nothing to do with real news and world importance is of no consequence to reporters and their news stations.

Paris Hilton's celebrity oops for just about everything. From nipple slips, dui's, driving without a license and going in and out of jail.

Don Imus' celebrity oops for calling the Rutgers womens basketball team 'nappy-headed whoes.

Lindsay Lohan's celebrity oops for partying and getting caught on video snorting cocaine.

Britney Spears' celebrity oops for just completely losing her junk. Going to rehab, shaving her head and attacking paparazzi.

Mel Gibson's celebrity oops for his drunken uncontrollable swearing and anti-semitic ramblings.

Keith Urban's celebrity oops for his drug and alchohol problem, visiting rehab yet again.

Tom Cruise's celebrity oops for being a total nut job. Ranting on Oprah and on the Today Show saying that there is no such thing as a chemical imbalance.

Naomi Campbell's celebrity oops for anger management and throwing a cell phone at an assistant.

Mary-Kate Olsen's celebrity oops for her anorexia and cocaine addicted trips to rehab.

Rush Limbaugh's celebrity oops for fraudulently obtaining prescription drugs.

Rosie O'Donnell's celebrity oops for just not knowing when to shut the hell up.

Gweneth Paltro's celebrity oops for saying British people are "more intelligent and civilized" than Americans.
