Your Child’s Picture is “public domain”
Does public domain make everything okay? Model/photographer, Lara Coton born July, 30, 1989 of Staffordshire, UK is mad as hell.
Last year Lara e-mailed her portfolio of pictures to an art website that displays work from photography students. The pictures Lara sent included one her mother had taken of her at age 14 in a black top hat and black dress.
Lara later came to hear some very unsettling news from a friend. TVX Films was promoting their porn DVD Body Magic with just that exact picture. Lara quickly found the DVD showcasing her picture on the front cover.
"I was horrified when I found out it was being used to sell a porn film.'' says Lara.
Lara is now trying to get a legal settlement against TVX Films, and wants compensation for her image being used without consent. Not to mention that she was only 14 when the photo was taken and only 17 when it was used on the DVD cover. Lara worries that someone will think it's her starring in the movie and it will give her a bad name.
TVX Films claimed the picture was in the public domain but agreed to change the DVD cover.
What's the lesson here? 1 - Child porn is way wrong and illegal, but childrens images even ones without consent to promote porn = totally fine.
2 - If you want to be a model make sure to get you're mom to take lots of hot underage photos of you and submit them to online art galleries. You will at the very least get 1 great news story out of your career.

After the feud on The View between Rosie and Elisabeth Hasselbeck Rosie decided to leave the show early. Stories and rumors that she trashed the studio dressing rooms and marked up Hasselbeck's pictures ran wild. Everyone had something to say about Rosie.
"The only reason she quit is she couldn't take the heat." says Donald Trump.
Elisabeth yammers on about the power of forgiveness and Rosie downing beer on her video blog admits that only one magazine picture of Elisabeth was marked up and it was by one of her staff. Rosie said it was just a joke. Rosie, looking like the bag of crap that constantly spews from her mouth went on to say "I was like a foster kid".
Barbara Walters calls Rosie a close, close friend and says she sent her an email and that Rosie will always be welcome to come back to The View. Ummm..Barbara when you consider someone a close, close friend you go by their house or at least pick up the phone. Barbara just has no etiquette.

Lindsay Lohans nightly jaunts to bars and clubs have been causing 
problems. There are no shortage of video and pictures of Lohan accidentally showing off her breasts and more. Lindsay lifting her skirt up at night clubs, leaving buttons undone while going braless. Lohan wants attention & will take it however she can get it. Linday was deejaying a party at The Plumm in Manhatten and had security seriously beefed up worried that her recently released jailbird father would show up. Partying is taking Lohan to the quick road of the unemployable.
With her latest movie Georgia Rule releasing its trailer only days ago, comments from William H. Macy the CEO of Morgan Creek in an outraged letter to Lohan speaks volumes. He called Lohan discourteous, irresponsible and unprofessional, adding that she endangered the quality of this picture. With reviews like this of her behind the set performance, Lohan needs to get her act together. She attended a rehab facility & claims to be clean, but there are numerous reports and pictures of her continued partying & drinking. There have even been reports of a more serious drug problem with the use of cocaine.
